Customer Survey
McDonald Engineers recently completed a customer survey, to find if there were any areas of our service we could improve. To encourage participation, there were three individual bottles of Veuve Clicquot Champagne as prizes, for a lucky 3 drawn from the entries.
The winners of the champagne were Doug Gordon of William Wilson in Elgin, Jonathan Green of Grahams Dundee and Stephen Smith of PTS Kinning Park Glasgow.
We are very grateful to all those who took the time to fill in our questionnaire. Overall feedback was very favourable, which is much appreciated, as we do try and work hard to give you a good service. Several issues were raised and they are being acted upon where possible.
